Info: I bought this Potassium Carbonate in order to change the water chemistry in my aquarium as I read potassium carbonate will raise KH while providing potassium as an added bonus for aquatic plants as a macronutrient. I tested this in a separate empty tank to make sure if it works. It did, too much in fact as the KH was through the roofs along with a high 14 PH reading.
