(2) Nat’l Semi LMX2312 1.2Gig Frequency Synth Chips --   1.2 GHz PLLatinum Ultra Low Power Frequency Synthesizer  1 pair. Getting too old (hands shake too much) to work on UHF/u-waves with surface mounts.  Left-overs from my satellite days.  Great lot for ham radio and electronics experimenters. The LMX2312 is high performance Frequency Synthesizer.  It uses a selectable, dual modulus 32/33 and 16/17 prescaler.  The device, when combined with a high quality reference oscillator and a voltage controlled oscillator generates very stable, low noise local oscillator signals for up and down conversion in Wireless Communication devices. Serial data is transferred into LMX2312 via a three-wire Interface (Data, Enable, Clock) that can be directly interfaced with low voltage baseband processors. Supply voltage can range from 2.7V to 5.5V.  The LMX2312 is manufactured using National's 0.5 ABiC V silicon BiCMOS process and is available in 20-pin CSP packages. Data and info available on the web at web. - datasheetdir.com/LMX2312U+Frequency-Synthesizer.  Current retail about $20 each.
