This listing is for (2) Two new in the Box units. I bought a group of 12 of these phones (paid over $100 each) when setting up an office years ago and only ended up using 8 of them. These (2) phones are brand new in the box, but were put away in my warehouse so the boxes are not pretty. I opened one end of the box to check for you, and the item still has the new stickers on it from GE, and I did see the user manuals still sealed in plastic as they came from GE. If you want pretty boxes, DO NOT buy these. If you want 2 New GE 4 line model number #29488GE2-A phones, take a serious look at this listing.
