This is a great pair of Accutemp Steam and Hold cooker mounted to a stainless steel rolling cart with locking casters.  These units were working when pulled during a major high school kitchen renovation. These tend not to get a lot of use in a school compared to a commercial environment.  Both unit were manufactured in 2009.  These both have a supper powerful output of 12-14 kW depending on operating voltage of 440/480 3 phase. The drain pans have been modified with a fitting in the middle so a hose can be connected making a permanent drain line.  Here is a chance to get TWO units for one great price!  These have sings of use including light surface scratches and cracked plastic gauge covers but overall these are in VERY good condition.  More pictures will be posted soon.
