Found in my Electrician Dad's tool box.  Looks like they were never used.  These are in the vacinity of 50 years old so they are the good stuff.  I guess tinned copper based on research and observation with a littel knowledge of using these when installing 200Amp services with him.  He worked at US Steel Electric shop for 40+ years.
