Pay Pal payments are expected within three (3) business days of auction close. Cases are opened by Ebay after the three days pass. SHIPPING I ship internationally through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program. I am aware of the price being high…but I as the seller am covered. If I use First Class International there is no tracking. Items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Items will be shipped via the United States Post Office. I occasionally use Fed Ex for heavier items. RETURN POLICY Returns are accepted only if an item was misrepresented. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of auction close by email.
