This can include a power-up test, navigating menus, performing simple operational tests, etc. We do not always have the resources and/or abilities to fully test each item we sell. However, we do guarantee and warranty all of our products (unless otherwise advertised "as is", "broken", etc.). Our standard guarantee/warranty period is 14 days. This period begins on the delivery date. This gives the customer enough time to receive, inspect, and test the product - to make sure the product is satisfactory. If there are any issues, please contact us. We present our surplus products as accurately as possible. Please note that our products only include the pictured items. If an item is not in the picture (i.e. a power adapter, electrode, original packaging, etc.) - it is likely not included. That rule applies to "new in box" and "new, no box" items. We do stand behind the products we sell. However, we do not work with the OEM manufacturers and do not provide their warranties. 4. In the event that your product is defective, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. 5. Generally, the item pictured is the item that actually will end up in your hands. As our listings state, any given sale will include “the item(s) pictured”. If you do not see the item, component, etc., it is not included. We work hard to catalog each item individually and ensure the pictures shown represent the item(s) being sold. The item pictured is generally the exact item for sale. We largely deal with idle industrial supply. Sometimes, OEM boxes have minor wear and tear from sitting on a shelf, being moved, etc. Unless otherwise specified, all items include a ‘ non-DOA’ (dead/non-operable on delivery) warranty. We allow our customers are 14-day window (begining on the date of delivery) to inspect the product. If required, additional warranty terms must be agreed to before sale.
