On list here is a set of 2 pcs. of  Newport made Precision 100 TPI Hex Ultra-fine Adjustment Screws (photos showed more but others were since sold). Pricing is for one unit only. The Newport compatible AJS80-0.5H  fine Adjustment Screw has precision cut threads for exceptionally smooth adjustment and much higher sensitivity than standard micrometers. The fine picth, hex-head adjustment, AJS80-0.5H screw offers 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) of precision travel. This fine adjustment is ideal for use with Newport optical mounts, stages, and most micrometer-compatible components. They are a cost-effective alternative to micrometers where position readout is not required. High-precision 80-TPI, cut stainless steel threads are mated with the collet and a proprietary lubricant. This lubricant reduces the elastic effect thus allowing exceptionally accurate movement. The standard 0.375 in. (9.5 mm) diameter collet is threaded with a nut for mounting to optical mounts and stages. KD.37 and KD.75 stainless steel knobs are available as an accessory Shipping is by USPS  1st Class Mail. International shipping is only to limited locations and through US central distribution hub by eBay (see eBay web for additional info) that costs me only a domestic shipping rate from California. I will not be able to directly ship to a foreign place unless eBay allows the international shipping by charging me only domestic rate to its eBay hub for its consolidated delivery to a foreign location.
