They make frozen carbonated drinks like slush puppy or frozen coke. The same drink you find at all 7-11 stores. They are called FCB machines, which is an abbreviation for Frozen Carbonated Beverage. You will need a water line, a syrup line for each flavor, and a CO2 tank to make your drink. Most companies that sell the flavors can install these machines for you.
