Each slot was given to a different staff member and any document or papers for them were put in the assigned slot. Use it again to hold files, folders, film, scrapbook papers, craft supplies, or whatever you like! The organizer is in great strong, sturdy physical condition with some appropriate wear from use. There are 20 slots on each tier. Each slot measures 11" front to back, 10 3/4" tall, 4 3/4" wide at front, and about 1" wide at the back. Altogether the organizer measures 36" diameter and 4' 1/2" tall.
