B is an ISPM I/O Communications Assembly. These parts are unavailable from Varian as they cannot get the parts themselves for them. These are a perfect way to get your Varian IIS Ion Implanter back to running condition should your modules fail. The units also say they are Varian IIS, Gloucester, MA.
