Make: Waters Model / Part #: 651C-3 Description: Torque Watch; 2.0-40.0 oz-in Range; The Series 651 Torque Watch provides accurate measurements of low static torque in values that range from 0.05 oz-in. to 20.0 oz-in. The Series 651 utilizes a calibrated spring, shaft, and pointer assembly within a rugged steel and aluminum housing. The unit can measure torque in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Internal stainless steel rotation stops prevent damage from over-torque up to two times the normal range.
