The suction hose kit’s and water discharge hoses, must have functioning capabilities and must have no damage to them in order for a return. If the hose you’ve purchased have been used, and not in re-sellable condition (i.e. meaning no cosmetic damage to the hose or fittings; or the usage of the hose as well), we will not accept them. If a hose is deemed defective upon receipt industrial supply will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the total value of the item. If you ordered a hose through one of our free shipping Ad’s you will receive a partial refund, due to us paying to ship the hose out the first time.
