It uses a Gould tap coupler manufactured for KEPTEL (which later merged with Antec). The cosmetic condition of the coupler is good, and one sample was tested well at both 1.31um/1.55um over 2 splitting ports. Also, the seller cleaned the internal connectors of all samples with a fiber adapter cleaner (for female connector), but they did not verify the cleanliness by fiber connector scope. However, they did verify that red light can pass from the common port to all splitting ports.
