This is a Bandit 2090 whole tree chipper.  Please read the entire description including payment and shipping terms at the end of the description. It is a 2002 model 2090 with the John Deere 200 HP engine. The 2090 is a drum style chipper, and this one has the grapple feed that puts the operator out of harms way to the side of the machine. Loading logs or trees into the feed wheels is safely accomplished with joystick controls. There are also hydraulic controls for the chute direction and discharge deflector both within easy reach of the operator. The tongue jack is also hydraulic, making for easy hookup. These items were added by the previous owner, and function correctly even though they were not factory installed. This model has feed wheel down pressure or raises the feed wheel at the touch of a thumb button. The grapple spins 360 degrees and opens or closes with the push of another button. The chipper can handle up to 20 inch logs or trees, and the auto feed system keeps the engine RPMs within the power range. This unit is ready to go to work, and comes with 2 sets of new knives and 1 set of resharpened used knives for the drum, as well as the used set that is currently installed on the drum. The tires and brakes are in good shape and trailer lighting all works. The drive belt was changed last year with a quality Gates belt. The drum was rebuilt at Bandit headquarters 3 years ago and new bearings installed. The grapple was also inspected and worn/broken components repaired at that time. Actual machine hours are unknown. I bought it used and the autofeed tachometer showed just over 640 hours. That tach looked original, and was glued into place, so I think the hours would have to be correct, but I can't verify them. The autofeed system stopped working and I had to change out the tach at 780 hours to fix it, and then the new one had problems and was warrantied when it showed 173 hours. The current tach shows 153 so we have put under 500 hours on it in 5 years. I still have the original Tach and will provide it to the new owner for proof of hours as listed. This link should take you to a video of this chipper at work. Copy and paste it into your browser address bar to see the video. The  chipper still functions as shown in the video. https://youtu.be/xdc10PMbVEY This is a serious piece of equipment for professional use. I am changing business focus and no longer need this chipper, but it is a solid performer and would be a great unit for a tree company just getting started, or someone looking to add another dimension to their operation. There are pictures and videos of it available through my website at gvbrush.com  It really is ready to go to work right now, with nothing needed to be productive. Buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping cost, payments to the shipper, and arrangements. Free local pick up, but it weighs around 20,000 Lbs. so it takes a 1 ton or better to pull it safely. Currently set up with a pintle hitch and 7 spade RV type light and brake connector. This unit has no title as none is required for this type of equipment in Missouri. A nonrefundable down payment of 10% of the purchase price is required via PayPal within 48 hours of purchase, and the balance must be paid within 10 calendar days of purchase via wire transfer or cash delivered to a meeting at my bank. Please have your financing in place if you are going to bid!!! Contact me through eBay if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.  Check the price on other 2090 chippers being offered on the web. This one can be had cheaper than any that I've seen, even those without the grapple option. I don't believe in repainting something to sell it. New paint can cover a multitude of problems. If you want specific pictures, contact me or even better come take a look at it. I'd be happy to answer questions from any serious buyer.
