| “Just acquired by KIG, Inc. (Keith Industrial Group, Inc.) is this nice 2005 Trane Air Cooled Chiller. This unit has been in storage in the Southeast USA for a few years, as it was purchased (used) by our client but their business situation changed so they never used it. We paid a local chiller specialist to inspect: megger compressors, confirm operation of the low ambient option, power up controls, and do overall inspection. This chiller has the original 4 Scroll compressors in it (that's good, no mis application problems causing compressor swap out), low ambient option for year round operation in colder climates. Brazed Plate Exchanger. 460 volt 3 phase. Coils look good. A couple dings in sheet metal. Needs a bath inside. Dual refrigeration circuits, with 1 circuit having hot gas bypass (4 scrolls and hot gas means Chiller will work well for loads lower than 50 ton). Charge in both circuits. Ready to ship NOW!” |
