2007 Toro Sand Pro 3040 Model 08703 - 1844 HOURS - WONT START - FOR PARTS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ONLY Description During testing using our in-house battery & key, this Toro Multi Pro failed to start. No engine noise, no clicking noise. Physically, this Toro Sand Pro 3040 (#08703) has scratches, scuffs, labels, label residue, rust, surface oxidation in vulnerable areas, cracks, dents and holes in its body from normal use of the previous owner. As this item is being offered for sale as PARTS / NOT WORKING, Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the item offered for sale as PARTS / NOT WORKING is nonfunctional, may require specialized parts or service, or may never be able to be made functional again. There appears to be a possible crack in the frame in the rear, in addition to other damage. See photos for details. The tires are worn and will need to be replaced and the seat's upholstery is ripped beyond repair. see photos for details. It measures approximately 85" x 66" x 47" and weighs approximately 1000 lb.
