I have two of these ovens available and they were the backbone of my small restaurant, Jeffica's in Texarkana, Ar. I used these ovens to bake frozen french fries, cheese sticks, onion rings, cheddar peppers, and even raw chicken in sixty seconds. I even made protein brownies in thirty seconds. These models are highly customizable. You can adjust the temperature range between 0 - 520 degrees, microwave settings between 0% - 100%, and fan speeds between 0%-100% (for crisping items such as par fried foods). The temperature, microwave, and fan speeds can be programmed into the memory of the digital display that allows you to cook items with a one touch function. I really wish I could keep these ovens and use them at home, but it is just not feasible. I used both of them right up to the moment I closed the doors on March 11th.
