2010 Palomar Acleara TCI Acne System Complete  - Excellent condition.  - This system recently had a complete PM and overhaul done on it  - New software changes  - Purchased in 2011  - Large tips  - Small tips  - Lamp current count: approximately 84,756  - Odometer: approximately 16,318  - Shot Count: approximately 7,884  - System uses vacuum and IPL to treat acne  - Wavelengths are in the 400-1200 range  - It works well for mild to severe acne, although the better results are seen in moderate to severe acne  - Vacuum component allows the pores to be "cleaned out", resulting in a reduction in pore size and improvement in skin texture  - Prevents light from being lost on transmission. It stretches the skin, "diluting" the melanin so that the light goes directly to the sebaceous glands and is not scattered  - The light provides a "heat shock" to the sebaceous glands which in turn renders them less active, provides an anti-inflammatory effect, and kills acne  - Acne scars have been shown to be less depressed with this treatment  AS SEEN IN PHOTOS.  NO OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED CS Medical The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies.
