Please keep offers reasonable, offers of 1/2 of the asking price will be automatically declined.  We describe items to the best of our ability-- we also try to include high-quality, detailed pictures showing any flaws we feel should be pointed out.  We are only human and at times errors can be made-- serial numbers as well as model numbers are almost ALWAYS available.  To avoid any potential mistakes, any technical questions should be directed to the items manufacturer PRIOR to purchase!!!  PLEASE RESEARCH THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING!  Returns are not accepted based on "buyer's remorse", including errors regarding ordering incorrect items (wrong voltage, too big, too small, electric vs. gas, etc)  PLEASE, ask before purchasing if you're not sure!  We take great pride in providing quality items, and unless shown as being "UNTESTED" or of "UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION", items have been tested by a technician and have proven to be in good working order.  Unfortunately we may not always have the water/electrical capabilities, certain qualifications or additional equipment to test some items, and these will all be clearly listed as "untested". These items are being purchased with the buyers explicit understanding that the item is being sold "as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees implied or expressed"  ANY AND ALL USED  EQUIPMENT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE ITEM. Just as in our retail store, and as with most used equipment dealers, there are NO additional warranties or guarantees on ANY used equipment, for any reason. These items are guaranteed to ARRIVE in working condition- ANYTHING after that is considered to be an ADDITIONAL warranty.  Buyers have 24 HOURS from the date of delivery to test the equipment unless other arrangements have been made, which will be provided and agreed to in writing by BOTH parties.  Again.... THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON ANY USED EQUIPMENT! We try to send our items out in good, clean condition but all used food service items should always be thoroughly cleaned prior to being put into service!  Any items requiring ANY specialty installation (IE, anything that doesn't simply plug into a wall) MUST be installed by a licensed technician, electrician, etc in order to meet our warranty/return policy.  Returns:  As stated in all of our ads, we do not accept returns on USED equipment!!!!  However we also realize there is an exception to every rule. Returns (IF available) are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and must be approved.   We ask that you contact us with any concerns before beginning the return process to ensure that there is not a problem that can be resolved prior.  Any and all items MUST be returned in the SAME condition via the original carrier, and with all original packaging, paperwork, hardware, components, parts, etc.  Items being returned for any reason other than being defective or damaged (changed mind/buyers remorse, didn't like, didn't research, ordered the wrong item, etc) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this!  FALSE CHARGE BACKS ARE CONSIDERED FRAUD AND WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH BY OUR ATTORNEY! False Ebay and Paypal cases will also be treated in the same manner. For example, if you open a case on an item you received days, weeks, months or years after receiving it and want to claim it "no longer works" (even though you've had it for an extended amount of time) this is considered a breach of contract as our terms and conditions have clearly and explicitly been laid out. The same holds true for "item not as described" when in fact it's buyers remorse. "As is where is" means just that. If you file a claim with your credit card stating the charge was unauthorized,  our attorney WILL actively and aggressively pursue these claims with all required documentation we have on file.  We reserve the right to settle these claims OUTSIDE of Ebay and / or Paypal in a court of law should this happen. We also retain the right to collect any and all associated legal fees (including attorney's fees, court fees, loss of time, etc) at the end of this process.  Buyer will be responsible for ANY AND ALL associated shipping costs, to and from  SHIPPING:  ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE WITH EBAY/PAYPAL.  If the address you need this shipped to differs from the billing address, it is your responsibility to add in the shipping address at the time of payment. Items listed as "local pick-up only" that need to be shipped will only be done at BUYER'S expense.  We are happy to help you with obtaining shipping quotes, and we do have a forklift available for loading, and will be happy to help palletize items to get them ready for shipment. A small pallet fee (for materials) may apply. If you need your item crated, there WILL be an additional fee for materials.  IF YOU HAVE US HELP ARRANGE SHIPPING, AND GIVE FALSE/INCORRECT INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FREIGHT FEES! Please do NOT ask for business/ commercial pricing if it is going to a RESIDENCE!  Home business are still considered "residential" locations. Freight shipping is non-refundable, under any circumstance.  Freight DAMAGE is the responsibility of the CARRIER, and we will not be held liable for damage due to carrier negligence once the item has left our possession. Unfortunately despite how well something is packaged, we have absolutely NO control over the shipment once it leaves our business!  We are MORE than happy to help with any and all claims should the rare event of an item being damaged take place. Refunds will not be offered until the damaged item has been received back and inspected by a technician in order to file a freight claim with the carrier. ALL ITEMS MUST be inspected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES, AND BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!  This is for YOUR SAFETY and will be of utmost importance when filing a claim with ANY carrier!  If damage is seen or suspected, the bill of lading MUST be notated AND signed by YOU and the DRIVER in order for any claims with the transport companies to be filed!  If these steps are not followed and we are unable to file a claim with the freight carrier for this reason, NO REFUND will be offered. Important notice regarding REFRIGERATED Items:  Due to varying shipping regulations, some refrigerated items MAY require the removal of refrigerant prior to shipping.  On the same note, occasionally, due to the age of some units, and with the majority of our items being USED, the parts holding the refrigerant lines may become frail and come apart during the normal moving, transit, or delivery process. If this happens, some refrigerant may leak out causing the unit to need to be recharged. This is a very simple (usually less than 30 minute) process and is generally less than a $100 cost to the buyer and can be done by any licensed local HVAC company.  As with most other companies who deal in used equipment, we do not cover the recharging of units. By purchasing any item from us, you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of the above terms and conditions.
