If your serious and passionate about entering the restaurant business, and being your own boss, you can do what we did by buying a food cart, and teach yourself while also earning alot of money in the process doing special events, and corporate catering jobs to build your reputation and most importantly your clientele. Don't get caught up in the hype of buying a $35,000 dollar food truck, or trailer only to later find its too big to park anywhere, store, and too expensive to maintain. We did it for a 3rd of the price, and no matter how big the venue, or how many competitors, we always had the longest line. This unit is equipped with every piece of professional restaurant equipment available. I would only recommend this unit if your serious about entering into the food service industry as this is not a run of the mill hot dog cart. We are selling the unit as it has enabled us to open our own restaurant in the short amount of time we have owned it. For sale is our flagship custom mobile food cart, which we used for our large corporate catering and event venues for our 2013-2014 season. It was professionally fabricated in 2012 by West Coast Custom Carts of Salem Oregon. It exceeds any HD requirements, and all the equipment is NSF. The cart is equipped with (2) full size steam tables with roll top covers, American Range 35-40lb double basket deep fryer, True Air M3 8 bin stainless 6.5 cu ft prep fridge, and an Atwood 5 gallon on demand hot water heater. The length of the cart is all NSF stainless surface as is the 7ft sneeze guard, and (2) folding shelves on the customer side and operator side. With the exception of the prep fridge, all the appliances are LP, and the prep fridge is ran with a Honda eu2000 generator (not included). there are 110 GFI outlets at each end of the cart in the instance electricity is available or you want to run extra appliances. The cart is easily loaded, and transported in a custom 2012 Continental Cargo "Tail Wind" 6x12 rear-ramp single axle trailer. The interior of the trailer is loaded with custom cabinetry, EZ track, rubber diamond plate flooring, lighting, and 110 outlets. The exterior has 30amp service, 110 outlets, Aluminum tread plate trim, custom wheels, and a "Dometic" brand 8ft retractable awning. The cart is pulled in through the back of the trailer using a remote control cordless floormount 2500lb capacity winch in the instance the operator is working alone. This cart is well known throughout the region, and was designed to also be a public display so it has always been kept meticulously clean, and always stored in an indoor facility.
