Smoker has 15 New cooking racks measuring 18” x 42”. Smoker has new high limit sensor. New gas valve and can be set up for natural or propane gas your choice. Smoker has digital cook and hold controls. Smoker has new door gaskets. Smoker has new proximity door switch. Smoker has New foot feed for carousel. Fire box was cleaned and painted with Rustoleum high temperature black paint and new rubber door grip on door Handel. Smoker is setting on Taller new Southern Pride Casters for easy working height. Smoker has 18” x 48” Stainless Steel Shelf below cooking doors for easy loading and unloading. Smoker can be set up on new aluminum tandem utility trailer for Mobile Unit for additional fee.
