I have put my years of experience as a successful Mobile Caterer, and Event Specialist, to work on this unit and I'm very proud of it, and you will be to. I was in the business just like you, and I know how important a good layout is if you want to be successful in this business. Add some of your own personal touches and equipment, and you are all ready to go! The exterior of this unit is available in several color options and is trimmed with what we call the "Appearance Package" to include aluminum tread plate trim (ATP) at the front and rear of the trailer, as well as the fender wells, a 6ft concession window with a 6ft foldable stainless steel exterior serving shelf below the concession window, 30amp service, extra electrical outlets, custom aluminum wheels, Stoneguard, rear stabilizers, and a rear ramp door so you can easily load and unload your equipment. Believe me you will be glad you have it! The interior is fully insulated, customized, and outfitted with a 3 compartment sink to wash your wares, water heater, separate hand wash sink with hot and cold water, grey and clean water tanks, aluminum overhead cabinets above the sinks, extra 110 electrical outlets, rubber tread plate flooring (RTP) unless you want ATP flooring and polish the floor, white aluminum paneled walls, extra height (7-0), roof vent, overhead lighting package, and extra wall switches. Do not buy something you do not need or will never use. I have been there and done that just like you, so I'm not going to sell you something shiny you do not need or will never use. NOTE: All trailers are custom built by the factory, and the current build time is 5-6 weeks. We require a 50% deposit on all orders.
