This is a Viron 20,000 CFM wet fume three stage NOX abatement system that scrubs a long list of chemicals out of your air stream at the same time. With the current scrubbing agents and configuration the NOX rate input was NOX 800 and the output was less than NOX 1 emission. This system has better than an 99% removal rate on NO and N2 at up to 20K CFM flow rate. If you have a lower flow rate requirement then this system will work fine for your application. This is a three stage system. The first stage uses Sodium Chlorite NACL02 as a scrubbing agent and next two stages use a mix of chemicals to scrub the air stream. The second stage uses injection chemicals to remove NO2 and the final stage is uses injection chemicals for odor control. The system includes input and output continuous emissions monitoring, all recirculation pumps (2 per stage), injection chemical storage tanks, injection pumps and chemical monitoring equipment, plc controller with full color display, VFDs for the blowers, Two blower motors on the exhaust of the system. You will be getting the complete system from input air to the top of the exhaust stacks above the blowers. I will also include the documentation from the manufacture for system documents and system operation for this system. The duct pipe is FRP so it will not be difficult to customize it at your plant site. The fiberglass uses Hetron 922 chemical resistant resin which is easy to work with for customizing duct pipes at your site. The system is rather larger but I am willing to assist in setting the system back up at your plant site. This system is going to be un-installed during the month of July 2019 it is currently located at a solar power plant that is being closed. As of the writing of this listing the system was still under power but shortly we will start dismantling the system for transport. The system will take three trucks for transport. If you are west of the Mississippi you can budget $9/mile for trucking from Portland OR to your location to determine the shipping costs. If you are close to Portland the price will be a little more per mile for transport. The buyer is responsible for paying for trucking. You can use our preferred trucking company or any company you desire. This system cost in excess of 1.3 million dollars when installed so the asking price is less than 6% of the replacement cost and this system is in VERY nice condition and is fully operational. We have installed dozens of scrubber systems used with no issues this will go the same way it will install at its new site with ease. Heck buy it fast and I will give a discount and you can work with us disconnecting the system and loading it on trucks. Note the last image is the drawing for the smaller 12K CFM NOX system but I have the documentation for this larger 20K CFM system and it is included with the purchase of the system.
