220 Ohm Non-inductive Carborundum Resistor From Harris Mw-50 4 Transmitter Tesla

  For auction is a large 12" x 1"non-inductive 220 Ohm power resistor from a Harris MW-50 transmitter being broken down. This resistor tests fine and shows no evidence of overheating or arcing. Connection is made with a 1" finger stock spring clamp at the ends of the resistor. There are no markings for power but it should be at least 250 to 300 watts and would be used for an RF, high frequency or high voltage application. A pair of the finger-stock clamps made with heavy brass or copper cups and brackets are included. Model # of the resistor is 889 AS221K. Good for BIG voltage like Tesla coil.
