The Rubber Stamp Making Machine enables you to create custom stamps using photopolymer plates. This cost-effective method involves using a water-soluble photopolymer plate with two layers- the top layer being the photopolymer plate. After UV exposure, part of the top layer solidifies, while the rest dissolves in water. To create the stamp, begin by designing and printing the image onto transparency film using a black-and-white laser printer. Next, cut the plate according to the size of the design with scissors, being careful to avoid strong light. Finally, mount the plate on a stamp holder for easy stamping. The kit includes a stamp maker, two A5 stamp plates, 40 sheets of transparency, and a stamp holder. Please ensure that the machine is connected to a plug board and operated on 220v/50hz to prevent damage. Paste the transparency film onto the plate and expose it to UV light for about a minute. The plate should then be washed by hand with warm water and a soft scrub brush for roughly three minutes, after which it should be exposed to UV light for a further two minutes for solidification.
