2248 MHz  PLL brick oscillator by Harris/Farinon Miteq, Model SD-104830-M2.   "Brick" contains a high-Q microstrip oscillator around 2248 MHz that is phase locked to the X22 harmonic of the 102.181818 MHz ovenized crystal oscillator.  Of course, you can change the TO-5 SC-cut crystal to make it phase lock at 2304  MHz if you need such a source.  The output power is 15.7 dBm at the female SMA--enough to run two double-balanced mixers.   The red LED lights when phase lock is lost.   Requires a well-regulated -20 VDC supply at about 0.3A.    The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, and attenuators are not included in auction.   For best stability, use a coaxial isolator on the RF output.   Ships to USA for $7.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.  Ships to Europe for $20.00 via USPS First Class International mail.  Ships to select Middle East countries for $25.00 via USPS First Class International Mail.  Foreign buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country.
