These were manufactured by JDSU / Optical Coating Laboratory and are used to protect components aboard satellites from the harsh space environment. The dimensions are 1.50" x 1.50" x .008" thick. These are mirrored with silver providing optimum solar reflectance. These were designed to reduce satellite operating temperatures but could also be used as heat reflectors in a variety of other projects.
