The top row of 6 are Hardnige brand. The second row set of 3 are NEWS brand from Japan. The set of 2 on the second row are AC brand. The 3rd row from left to right: Japan, Japan, RSB 7/8", and NEAL SKOKIE 63/64". The last 2 rows are not maker marked. All have the sizes on them. The smallest one is 5/16". The largest one is 1 1/8". The smallest and largest are both Hardinge. The rack is included.
