25KV 15pF - 350pF 25KV Vacuum Variable Capacitor KP1-3 OTK#952This one is a pull. It was removed from a working RF equipment and is guaranteed against any electric or mechanic malfunction. What you see is what you get. Images show the exact fat boy. The OTK QC number is 952, you can see it printed on one of the green paint bands. Silver on the terminals may show signs of oxide, this is normal, just ignore that. Electrically the capacitor is perfect. This particular one comes with a cogwheel attatched to the rotor shaft.Treasured by real QRO HAMs. Build your own amp or get a spare cap for the existing one. Mounting hardware is not included, but as you likely noticed it will be pretty easy to build. The trimmer is heavy and fat but serious DIY'er will definitely find a roomy cabinet to populate this guy in. It may get as fat as 190 mm diameter at the fattest glass point and it is roughly 280 mm tall. It takes 39 turns to ride from 15pF all the way up to 350pF capacitance. Rated 25KV DC or RF AC across the electrodes. It is supposed to easily tolerate 70Amps RF at up to 30 MHz. This capacitor is rather heavy and fragile, it requires a delicate packaging therefore the box will be rather bulky so make sure you are aware of how much you pay for the shipping on top of your bid price prior to you hit the BUY button.I will combine multiple items for shipping. Please request the total after you are through bidding, I'll then issue you the invoice for payment. You will be asked to pay actual shipping. Tracking is optional and runs $3 per package. There will be individual tracking numbers issued for multiple packages if I have to split large order into 2000 gram segments. It is sometimes cheaper shipping parts as several packages because of silly Lithuanian Post pricing policy.Please allow reasonable time for your order to get to you.
