 Nice 26.5-40GHz RF Deck Part Number R6640 (S/N# 822001) removed from a defunct Wiltron Model 6640B 26.5GHz – 40GHz RF Sweep Generator. This unit covers the 26.5GHz – 40GHz RF frequency range by means of a 13.25 to 20GHz YIG Oscillator fed through an isolator and broad-band pin switch to an Amplifier / Frequency Doubler assembly. The output port is WR-28 waveguide.  The YIG Oscillator requires a +15Vdc Bias + tuning current. Also included is the original ROM from the YIG Driver board (not included) and the A5A1, A5A2 networks in case someone wants to use this RF deck for a replacement into another Wiltron 6640B.  In addition the original Amplifier / X2 Multiplier driver board IS INCLUDED as well as some assorted relevant technical documentation photocopied from a manual that we borrowed. <P> What you see in the pictures attached to the ad is what you get. While we believe that these items are probably functional, the RF Sweep generator that we removed them from had a bad power supply so we were UNABLE TO VERIFY the operation of these items.  Therefore, per eBay protocol we are selling them for parts or repairs, and as USED, strictly: AS-IS.  Therefore, please BID ACCORDINGLY. Items are in good overall physical condition. <P> this is a nice experimenter item or spare parts unit if you own one of the Wiltron 6640B instruments already. This item will be carefully packaged W/ bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy box. <P> I am selling this item as USED, for PARTS or REPAIRS, and STRICTLY AS-IS. California residents pay sales tax.
