Port A & B can be used for PWM control. If robot car only need go straight forward, we can connect IN1, IN2 / IN3, IN4 the 2 groups, to repsectively high and low leve. Then we use MCU 2 ports to send PWM signal to control portA, B to control go forward, turning, and increase/decrease speed. 2. Control 2-phase stepper motor. Connect IN1,IN2 / IN3, IN4 , the 2 groups to MCU port. Send output continuous pulse signal. Signal speed determines motor speed. Change sequence of pulse signal can control motor go CW or CCW / reversible control.
