The 2DM860H Digital Microstep Driver Stepper Motor Controller is a cutting-edge solution for CNC applications. This driver is built on a 32bit DSP, providing advanced control algorithms that result in a unique level of system smoothness and optimum torque. The driver features Multi-Stepping, Torque Compensation, and Accelerate/Decelerate control, all designed to enhance the performance of the stepper motor and improve its overall efficiency. With small noise, low heating, and smooth movement, the 2DM860H is an ideal solution for CNC applications. Its unique features, such as parameter auto-setup and motor self-test, make it easy to use. The driver can store the position of the motor and has green and red lights indicating running and protection/offline, respectively. The 2DM860H comes with user-defined micro steps, making it highly programmable and adaptable to different motors. It also supports PUL/DIR and CW/CCW modes and has an optically isolated input compatible with 5V or 24V. The driver offers over-current, over-voltage, and low-voltage protection, ensuring the safety of the system. The 2DM860H Digital Microstep Driver Stepper Motor Controller has an input voltage of 24-80VAC/30-110VDC and an output current of 7.5A. Its pulse frequency max is 200K, and it has a communication rate of 57.6Kbps. The driver is designed to operate in environments free from dust, oil, fog, and corrosive gases, with an operating temperature of up to +70C and a storage temperature of -20C to +80C. The cooling method is natural or forced air cooling, making it suitable for various applications.
