Description: This is a 780 nm laser diode in a standard ?5.6 mm TO can with the output power of 100mW from its aperture.  The laser diode was brand new not used. Specifications:   Package: TO-18 (5.6mm)   CW Output Power: 100mW   Center Wavelength: 780 ±5 nm   Threshold Current: 30mA typically   Maximum Operating Current: 130mA   Maximum Operating Voltage: 2.0-2.3V Return Policy: The laser diode may be returned if it is defective upon receipt, but must be in its original condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that the buyer received the order. Buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.  The laser diodes cannot be refunded once they have been soldered or are damaged in any way. Safety: The buyer is solely responsible to ensure that the laser diode is used in manner consistent with Laser Safety Requirements. Tips: Because laser diodes are sensitive to static, over-current, reverse-voltage and back reflections, please always keep in mind during DIY:   Wear an antistatic wrist band.  Use heat sink to extend the laser lifetime.  Avoid direct back reflection of laser light.  Connect the pins correctly.  Drive the laser diode below the maximum operating current.
