3 Axis CNC Kit, Water Cooled Spindle, 4" Z-Axis, IM Service System, No Table This is a CNC kit from IM Service.  You can still purchase some of these components new at cadcamcadcam"dot"com. This system was purchased for R&D in our lab in June 2013.  Our lab paid $2,758.  We built a cnc router and used it to cut only foam prototype components for about 3 months.  We graduated to a 6 axis CNC early this year and it's time to clean house of our old stuff. A router table is not included. Buyers are assumed to possess knowledge of CNC systems and the skill to assemble kits. -This system is a SYS-3A three axis CNC kit that includes a z-axis slide and a water cooled spindle.  The motors are servo motors, the screw holes were enlarged for our application so you may need washers on your mounting screws.  Cables and hoses are included but you will need additional bulk wire and crimp connectors to connect the controller to the servo motors.  Power cables included. -The controller is model SYS-3A,  it has a 8 pin connector wired between the box and the raw wires which need to be connected to the servos. -Spindle package, Pro-Precise.  Includes the following: -800 watt spindle with variable speeds from 12,000-24,000 rpm -120 or 240 vac single phase input to 240 vac 3 phase output.Variable Frequendy Drive (VFD) -Opto-Isolated computer interface -Closed loop cooling system with pump, radiator, fans, hoses -Spindle Mounting bracket -1/4 ER-11 collet is included.  (1/8" collet is NOT included) -Z-axis slide, 4" of travel with a servo motor. -Desk CNC Software license.
