Your a buying the exact items pictured with the box, not the bucket, jar, or the patties that are already made.. You can make about 15 to 20 1/2lb. patties using my pre boxed pattie mix. If you only have one hive or many hives and you want them to make it through winter, then feed them now. You can freeze the extra patties and use them next year. The left over syrup you will have you feed that to your bees also. Using my feed mix will help you in making sure your hives are ready for winter and for other times in the year when nectar and pollen are in short demand for the bees. Bees need pollen and nectar to make young bees and to keep things growing in your hive. Make sure your bees have a good jump on out growing others that chose not to feed patties, syrup, or check their bees. Bees are your investment in what your doing with them, so make sure your investment is strong and healthy. Check your bees at least once a month or more often, to catch a problem before it becomes a big problem.
