In cases where product is defective, the product must still be returned with ALL original packaging. Once the product is returned, the product will be tested for functionality. If it is found that the product is functional, the buyer will be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, as well as any loss in resale value, if any. All returns that fall in the “remorse” category may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. SHIPPING TERMS: If a customer decides to return any product for a “remorse” type reason, and the product was sold with free shipping, original shipping costs, as well as return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund. If the buyer paid their own shipping costs and decides to return an item due to “remorse,” no refund will be granted for the original shipping cost and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
