Q63100 P3P4 M115 PTC thermistor by Siemens.  This has a resistance of about 70 ohms, but above 120 degrees C the resistance goes up very rapidly.  Used for Motor (or transformer) overheat protection. The Siemens web site lists many thermistors, none I can find with this exact number, but I have deduced the characteristics from what is there, and some quick checks seem to confirm the above characteristics.  These each have two 18 inch teflon coated flexible leads.  Grey, which indicates the temperature where they go high. (120 deg. C).  You might consider buying these just the get the Teflon wire. :-) The inventor/engineer who had these passed away and these were in his shop.  They are in a bulk package, but I have decided to sell them 3 to a bag.  Shipping is $2 for one bag of three, or I will ship any quantity for  only $2.00.
