I am not sure what these are, but they are cool looking:) They are in great condition. The wall of the cylinder is 1/4 thick. Length of the plexi cylinder is 18 1/4" plus the metal piece is 3 3/4" long for a total length of 22". Interior diameter is 4". The flange piece is 5" wide and  1/2" thick. The metal pipe will screw out. Anyone that happens to know what these are for, let me know if you don't mind.  These could be very cool if you are building some type of steampunk or "mad science" type props.
