? ? • • 3-LOT Antique Hand-Crimp/Cutting Chain Tools • • ? ==== ? DESCRIPTION: Antique Hand Tools - we guess from before WW2. All Solid Steel. Two match exactly [Right and left in main photo] One has the McKaig-Hatch Logo, the other does not. 9.5" Long each ... 2" Wide ... 1/2 " thick at the thickest part of the handle. Each has a CUTTER at the top. Each has TWO crimp/clamp/cut positions below the pivot. No paint - finish is patina of rust on natural steel. Third tool: [Center in main photo -- last of the detail head photos] Slightly different -- no maker's mark. 10.25" Long ... 2" wide .... 1/2 " thick at the thickest. Crimp tool up top - with an odd configuration. Two crimp positions below the pivot. Black paint rather than natural steel. CONDITION: 8.5 out of 10 -- GOOD FUNCTIONAL CONDITION -- a bit stiff, but normal for the long period of non-use. A few openings and closings loosen them up to the right resistance. Not very sharp - think they are not designed to be very sharp. Handle arms are straight, no bends, no cracks, nothing missing or weak. Patina of rust + some small bits of paint speckles.
