 This 3 phase motor and needle positioner setup comes with a fused disconnect with 5 Amp fuses, Power cord and 250V 20 Amp Plug, 3 Phase Motor, Needle Positioner Control Box, Needle Position Sensor, 3 Mounting Bolts, and 6 Volt Table Light.  The two stripped blue wires you see sticking out of the back of the control box get connected to the light provided.  The rest is self explanatory. Buyer pays shipping cost.
