FOR SALE 3 Bosch SCARA Robots for one price Each Robot is a complete system ( 2 are untested) The three robots come with the Arm and Controller. The robots are 800mm Reach. All robots came from Bosch Oxygen sensor production plant. They were working when decommissioned in 2008. The units were purchased by my company to be used for production sorting. One unit was set up for trial run, then the project was outsourced. I have a video of one of the robots working the sorting setup. These robots are top of the line. The robot in the video has a Schunk air adjusted self righting break away to eliminate damage from accidental collision. The unit as it is set up; has a gripper and a vacuum picking nozzle. These robots are very precise robust and fast and can be used for pick and place, pallet handling, inspection and sorting, Milling, tracing, routing etc. They have a large reach with is important when choosing a robot to complete multiple tasks. As you can see in my video, The unit picks, inspects and sorts two different kinds of parts. It was equipped with vision and could determine part presence. The unit also was equipped with vision dimension inspection as shown on the computer screen. The system was fed with bowl feeders, but could easily have overhead camera and loose part pickup. The cameras are not offered in this auction but available for purchase. Robot 2 is a sister robot but has had a motor removed and some other parts need attention. The package has many spare parts including some motor, control boards and position sensors etc. Robot 3 is also a sister and has a wrist for even more flexibility. Robots 2 and three have not been tested for operation since they were decommissioned by Bosch. There are spare boards for the controllers, miscellaneous cables, pendants, adapters, actuators, motors and parts ( as used in production) along with books, manuals, and software loaded on the controller. BAPS is the Bosch programming we used. It is very simple like G code or basic. I can refer two different contractors who can come to your facility and set up, and program the robots as they did for me. The units are in storage and we would be happy to make them available for your viewing/ inspection. You could use one and keep the others for parts or get them all running. Make an offer. I don't want these to to to waste. Shipping: We have both high and low dock and will load the items with a forklift for free. We will shrink wrap and binder all parts in a forklift friendly and shipping capable manner. The units and spares are on multiple pallets and the (3) controllers measure 2'x2'x5'h. The working robot arm is on a custom steel table as shown in picture 2 and can be removed from the table and palatalized or shipped as is. I would suggest arranging pickup by a private carrier or using your own truck or a service like U-ship to move the product. Otherwise, if we ship commercially I would budget $1,5b 00 or more.
