The plastic handle knife was made by Sabatier France. The other two are unnamed. The blades on the knives are in good shape with age darkening. Two have wood handles which are tight to the blade. The handles are all in good shape. The Sabatier measures 12 1/2" long with a 7 3/4" blade. The longer wood handle knife measures 14 3/4" long with a 10' blade. This knife is more a bread knife. The other wood handle knife measures 12 1/2" long with a 7 3/4" blade. The knives will need a sharpening. Good knives for a butcher, chef, or kitchen.
