If you want your sample returned, please enclose extra postage. As a rule, 33 ppm is equal to 1 oz per ton. However, a larger sample is preferable when a combination of elements is present. Our XRF is a specially programmed unit for soil, mining, and alloy modes, and it's calibrated daily. For accurate results, you only need to send us 2 oz.
