Retiring after 38 years in the foam/coating business. Custom built, 2014 30' goose neck trailer 14,000 GVRW (kept inside heated shop). PHX-40 3,500 psi machine, 50k 3 phase John Deere generator w/sound attenuating enclosure and auto start control switch, 15hp rotary screw compressor with sound enclosure and a 120g reserve air tank with a 115cfm air dryer. Set up to do high production foam or polyurea projects. Yes, it sprays both! Equipment installed in 2018 with only 99 hrs on generator. 250' of high pressure hose w/PMC AP-2 gun and lots of parts. T-3 transfer pumps. 200 amp, 3 phase electrical panel. 100 gallon fuel tank. Heavy duty rear ramp door, 15' heavy duty steel rack for hoses (or any heavy items), 48" side door, 24"X24" generator/fuel door. 96" interior height. Tons of storage in 9' front compartment. All walls and floor protected by 100 mils of polyurea coating, 4'X6' extra storage rack above generator. Extras - Pneumatic drum mixer, extra trans pump, two 55gal sets of foam, two 55gal sets of polyurea coating (material is good) drum dolly. This rig can handle a second PHX-40 or supply power to a second rig, for the really big projects. Sorry, no shiny metal or bright lights in this rig!
