Wideband RF and microwave amplifier. Measured 30 MHz to 5 GHz +. Requires +15 volts at about 160 ma. Measured 1 dB compression power output, at 3 GHz, was +15 dBm. Female SMA in and out. Unknown maker, but the construction indicates aerospace or military application. The label had been torn off before I purchased this unit. Tested and guaranteed. If you need a specific measurement made, please ask. I would recommend that it be mounted on a heat sink or chassis. Your package will be well packed to avoid shipping damage and promptly shipped, as soon as payment is received. Ships free in the USA via USPS Priority Mail and at my actual cost elsewhere.
