Main Body made of heavy iron and all contact parts made of brass richly plated or stainless steel. Handle locking arrangement makes the operator to lift the loading plate without fear of damaging the capsules. With this machine one can fill 300 capsules simultaneously and the procedure for filling is also very simple and no training is required. But while filling CAPSULES, you have to see that each capsule is filled properly. This machine is meant for filling small quantity of capsules. It finds wide application in small industries and also very handy to Doctors, who are making their own capsules. So, it depends on the Working efficiency/Speed of the Operator, being manually operated machine. PROCEDURE:- Fill Loading tray with empty capsules. This loading tray is the top tray with 300 holes. Take out the hopper from machine, load the loaded tray on the machine by matching the numbers both on the loading tray and the machine body. With the help of the capsule lock lever, lock the capsules by moving it from left to right. (Front of the machine). Pull out the Release knob located on the back of the machine. With the help of the main lever, by pressing it downwards, down portion of capsule will remain in machine and upper portion of the capsule will remain in loading tray, which is to be taken out from the machine. Release the lock lever so that capsule lower part will be placed in the machine. Keep hopper on the machine & pour powder in the capsule, after pouring the powder, if powder remains, push it on hopper tray. Use pin plate to press the powder. Lift the Pin plate and pour the balance powder in the capsules. Take out the hopper and place the loading tray on the machine. Use Rubber plate to press the upper portion of the capsule. Push in Release knob. Lift Rubber plate. Pull out Release Knob.
