This flux is perfect for solar cell soldering, gaming systems, and other soldering projects. It is specifically designed for leaded and lead-free rework of conventional and surface mount circuit board assemblies. With high thermal stability, this flux is suitable for soldering multi-layer assemblies that require higher temperatures. Even after exposure to high preheat temperatures, the residue remains solubility in normal cleaning solvents and doesn't cause surface insulation resistance degradation. This article discusses the 30ml / 1oz needle tip bottle Pine Rosin Flux for Xbox 360 Sony PS2 / PS3 reflow. The flux is a no clean formula that is made in the USA from natural pine rosin grown in Georgia. With an extremely low solids content of only 3.0%, the activator system of this flux results in practically no residue left on assemblies after soldering. This flux contains a minimum of ionic activating agents and the residue it leaves is inactive, making it suitable for many applications. It is also moisture and fungus resistant, making it a versatile option for ongoing projects. The low rosin formula is necessary for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 reflow to fix the red ring of death and the yellow light of death. Check out more flux options available in our store!
