Second one of these I've listed today the other is a squeeze type this one is of course electric. plugged it in and tested works fine . Still don't know what they are used for.the shaft inside the tube spins when you pull the trigger.
This is a Young PowerTech YMSY hydraulic motor for a PTO drive.
