32mm 400A Current Transformer CT Split Core kWh Meter Power Consumption #34 EKM SCT-032-400 32mm 400 amp Split Core CT Our 32mm Split Core CT is both economical and very popular with our customers. It is very compact and can measure the current for the majority of residential and commercial electrical systems up to 400A. These CTs are extremely accurate down to a few watts. They are rated at 26.6 mA output at full amperage. They are also exceedingly precise at 0.1% accurate. Easy snap-on installation prevents the need to feed the wire through the CT, like solid core current transformers require. Saves on labor costs. We also have a variety of other CT models in stock. We have CTs that will measure up to 5000 amps! These CTs are designed to be used with all of the external CT kWh Meters that we sell: the Omnimeter I v.3, Omnimeter II UL v.3, Omnimeter Pulse v.4, and Omnimeter Pulse UL v.4. Depending on the electrical system being metered, you will need: • 1 CT needed for 120 volt 2 wire, 230 volt 2 wire (foreign), and 240 volt 2-wire systems. • 2 CTs needed for 120/240 volt (two hots and a neutral) 3-wire systems • 2 CTs needed for 3-phase 3-wire • 3 CTs needed for 3-phase 4-wire Details: • High precision, Class 0.1 CTs, 200A/26.6mA rated • Each CT comes with 72 inch (6 ft) wire leads. • 32mm hole size (approximately 1.26") will accommodate up to 750 MCM wire, depending on the insulation type.
